Peter Lacivita

Peter practises almost exclusively in family law, while also having significant experience in business law and wills and estates.

As the Family Law Practice Leader, Peter advises and represents clients across a broad range of family law matters. He has particular experience in parenting matters involving interstate and international relocation and recovery applications, as well as property settlements involving substantial assets and intricate financial structures, including companies and trusts.

Peter takes a practical and client-focused approach to family law. He understands that family law disputes can be stressful and financially demanding, and works closely with his clients to provide clear, practical advice and achieve sensible and commercially appropriate outcomes.

Outside of the office, Peter is an avid AFL supporter and enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places.
